When the Belmar Tourism Commission was searching for funds to support a free trolley for the summer tourist season, Spark was quick to respond. K. Hovnanian Homes sponsored the trolley, which circulated throughout town, every weekend throughout the summer. Tourists docking at the marina or arriving via NJ Transit were delighted to find the free trolley to take them to the beach and through the Belmar business district. With its logo on the sides of the trolley, thousands recognized K. Hovnanian Homes all summer long as a friend and supporter of the community.
