Step 1
Read all the event information.
Step 2
Send us your restaurant’s completed entry form and your $100.00 reservation fee, payable to Spark Market Solutions, LLC.
Step 3
We will notify you if your restaurant has been chosen to participate. With your notification, you will receive the additional forms you need to complete.
(If your restaurant is not chosen to participate, your reservation fee will be refunded.)
Step 4
As soon as we notify you that your restaurant has been chosen to participate, please complete and send us:
- Participation form
- DCA Fire Safety Permit Form and $42 permit fee (check, payable to Treasurer, State of New Jersey)
- Certificate of Insurance
- Health Department Certificate
- Restaurant logo, chef photo, restaurant information
Crafters and artists interesting in participating in the festival, please complete and return Craft Vendor Application.
