The Metro Rahway Food Truck Festival on March 21st was a great success. People were happy to get out of the house and enjoy a variety of delicious food. Vendors included Cupcake Carnival, Empanada Guy, El Lechon de Negron, Surf and Turf Truck, and Fired Up Flatbread Company, Pompier Catering and Mary Queen of Pork. From Disco Fries to cupcakes the food was #Sparktacular and everyone was smiling. Metro Rahway said, “The food was amazing and the crowd was thrilled.” A great way to start off the Food Truck season!
